Staff were horrible

maiphuongv said... Staff was rude. It was our first visit and didn't even know what to do. The lady at reception seemed annoyed that we were there. We were charged for equipment that was supposed to be free as said is helmet and shoes. And the staff threw a helmet at my 1 year old while trying to throw it in a bin. The place is dirty and unwelcoming. We won't be returning.
