We booked a quick 20 minute ride for 11:30, only to be emailed, not called, to say that our ride had been bumped to 12pm and we needed to call them to confirm our spot. We called and left a message since nobody decided to pick up. We arrived at 11:15 and were told that we probably won't fly at 12 either but could PAY MORE and get on the 1pm flight. We were given a guarantee it would fly. So, we decided to wait around until check in for that flight after paying the required amount to 'upgrade'. We went to check in at 12:45 only to be told they cancelled it and we could wait another hour if we wanted to. We asked to speak with their manager and she decided to cancel the flight then go on break to smoke in the parking lot. After she finally decided to come back, she told us that she can't process a refund for us and to contact a completely different company. When I asked the manager if there was a NZ business complaint agency, she refused to tell me and kept avoiding giving any information. I had to find out through a Google search. We've stayed in NZ for 10 days and haven't run into such a dishonest, unprofessional company and staff as this one. -10/10, would never recommend.
