Fabulous views, fabulous staff!
Had an fabulous day biking with the family! Bikes we had were kitted with bags for holding your possessions which was fantastic. Staff collected us from Days Bay Ferry Dock (arranged prior) as we caught the ferry from the Wellington CBD. Staff were super accommodating and helpful, and amazing! Bike ride was fun... and had Amazing views. Track was easy to follow, well sign written. We took a picnic great day out.

Great view and nice ride
Bike pick up was no problem. This was an easy and nice ride along the gravel and wide flat path with heaps of people out enjoying it too. The only hard part was after the entrance to get to the upper lighthouse, as it’s quite steep. We dumped our bike halfway and walked the rest up to the lighthouse. The view is amazing! Best to do the ride on a non windy day as you will be riding against the wind on either the way to or back.

A great activity to enjoy with families & friends
Staff were really helpful. Bags attached to the back of the bike were really helpful in storing stuff such as snacks and small personal things. Personally, I would have preferred the electric bike given that I hadn’t ridden a bike for over two decades, but even with a mountain bike, it was still easy to ride on, the only downside would be I guess it gets pretty windy at times, especially when you’re cycling towards the lighthouse .

Nice ride
Easy pickup of the bike and a nice ride along the coast. Make sure to visit the upper lighthouse! The wind made it a workout on the way back.
