Great experience
Loved the ice bar, friendly service, warm jackets, fun vibe, spacious atmosphere and didn't feel cramped or rushed. We all appreciated the sculptures and enjoyed the time together as a family. Worth doing!

Not a great experience
The reception and bar was hosted by 1 person. Lined up to order and the bar tender went to get a top up for the bar 4x. If you know how many people you’re letting in or who have booked for that time - you should really have your bar stocked - you get a time limit and I’d say our lot waited at the bar for 1/2 of that time. Also 1/2 of us were European and 1/2 of us were islanders. All Islanders were asked for their receipts and not the euros lol you do the math

Was Disappointing
Only 1 staff member on the bar. Took ages to get drinks. We ended up leaving.

Amazing experience
Me and my mum went to this experience. It's my second time and mum's first. She thoroughly enjoyed taking photos with the ice sculptures while sipping her mocktail. Highly recommend this while visiting QT.
