The pure geothermal mineral water running continuously through all pools is non-chlorinated and provides a myriad of health benefits.
The ancient water comes from a deep volcanic river and is heavily laden with nourishing minerals. It is crystal clear, odourless and soft. All our pools are emptied, cleaned and refilled every day ensuring the purist bathing experience.
The private pools are spacious, open aired or with a roof and include a private shower and toilet.

Great place to relax and unwind. Great service - we were running late so I rang ahead to see if we could change booking by half an hour and they were fine with that :-)

Satisfactory
The floor in the private room had dirty white footprints. So, we thought that the water might be also not clean.

Hi Yulia, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Weâre sorry that the marks on the floor gave you the impression that the water may not have been clean. Weâd like to clarify that the white footprints were unfortunately left by one of our workers during maintenance. The marks have proved difficult to remove, but they are surface marks only and do not affect the water quality. Our private pools are drained and cleaned every day, with fresh water used for each session. Water cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us, and we take these standards seriously. We apologise that the appearance of the floor caused concern and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are working on removing the marks and improving the presentation of the room.
